With a family heritage that goes back generations in the Canadian Rockies, I am fortunate to continue in this legacy having been born and raised in Canmore, Alberta. I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy skiing, scrambling and hiking in these mountainous environs. Wherever I go, my camera comes along with me in my adventures of the Rockies. These photographs attempt to reveal the intricate designs of alpine flowers, reflect the extraordinary mountain environs, and capture the remarkable wildlife that roams this land. This area has been long inhabited by aboriginal people and in more recent history explored by pioneers from Europe. The mountains continue to draw people from across the globe and impress all who visit this magical place on earth.
